0112015 has been crazy already—in a good way!  The beginning of the year is always about getting prepared for what lies ahead. I like to call it “getting into fighting shape,” and that goes for me, too: hell yeah, I’m getting ready to be the best go-to financial resource I can be for you.

This week check out my article on How To: Make People Think You’re a Bigger Deal than You Actually Are. As it happens, I think you are a big deal. Being someone who wants to take charge of her financial freedom makes me your biggest fan, but sometimes faking it until you make it can help you get to where you want to go. Did you watch the Golden Globes last night? Did those fabulous dresses send you daydreaming? Well, unless you’re a celebrity and are being given dresses for the red carpet, don’t break the bank buying something you will only wear once or twice; that’s not a good investment. Too late, already splurged? Check out May Day! How to Recover from Five Major Financial Mistakes to learn how to do financial damage control ASAP.

Now that the new year is officially underway, it’s a great time to write out your financial goals for the year. Getting your intentions on paper is critical for you to prepare for success. Need a tool to help you? Download my super easy budgeting worksheet.

I’m headed to the recording studio now to create some more Rich Bitch awesomeness. More news on that later….
