Too many of us have suffered from burnout or had breakdowns. I speak from experience. From the outside, I was on top of the world. I was a New York Times bestselling author, on TV…I looked so put together. But the truth was, I didn’t feel as put together as I looked. I was in constant exhaustion, feeling breathlessly stressed and like there was never enough time for everything, especially not self-care. Until I had officially and truly burned out. That’s when I had to rethink…everything. During my journey from burnout to balance, I learned a lot about how to prioritize self-care while finding success on my terms. I learned that you CAN have it all, but only if you define what “it all” means. And that having it all does not mean doing it all. I’m going to teach you everything I learned in my straight up, no chaser style; right here in The Balance School.
