Mindfulness is a buzzy concept these days, but it’s really just the practice of being aware. That’s all. It’s being aware of what you are doing when you are doing it. Mindfulness hinges on the acceptance of yourself for who you are and where you are at that moment. In Lesson 4 we’ll talk about how to take whatever you are feeling or thinking and observe it honestly; sans hating on yourself, and trusting the process.
