Welcome to Module 3! In this first lesson, I’m going to give you a different perspective on meditation–go ahead and get those stereotypes out of your head right now. Meditating can be as simple as focusing on the taste of the toothpaste as you brush your teeth before bed. Focus on whatever, wherever, and whenever you want. The more you work your mental muscles, the stronger they will become; and we’ll talk about just how to do that.
